Once AAHA has received payment, you'll receive written confirmation and instructions for obtaining access to JAAHA online; the instructions will direct you to an online form. You'll be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to JAAHA online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number (included with your subscription confirmation)
